I’ve been to Guaranteed Auto for an oil change recently, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. The team was professional, quick, and transparent about everything. I really appreciated how they didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services—just honest work done right.

My dad has been going here for years and always spoke highly of them, and now I see why. It’s great to have a local shop you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable auto care!

We love Robert, Greg and the rest of the crew. They are very personable and trustworthy. I am very skeptical about mechanics and garages, but not here. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. I could send my wife and not feel like they will take advantage of her. My wife and I are glad someone recommended them to us. We now recommend them to others. You won’t find a more honest auto repair shop anywhere!!!! Curtis handled my 2008 Saturn which was in to have tie-rods replaced and an alignment because that’s what the guys at Discount Tire told me I needed. (Discount tire said they couldn’t do the alignment because the tie-rods were blown.). Curtis put it on the rack, checked it out, and called me to tell me I didn’t need tie-rods at all. HONEST!!! So I give him the go ahead to do the alignment. Puts it up on the rack again. Guess what? He calls and tells me I don’t need an alignment at all. HONEST!! When most shops would have done the work and charged me anyway, Guaranteed Auto doesn’t play that game and for that I’m eternally grateful. You guys ROCK!!

They Guys at Guaranteed Auto are fantastic. I called at 8 am and had my car problems diagnosed and repaired by the end of the day. They always have given me a very fair price and I will always take my car back to them.

I’m not a bot but I am a professional mind reader who takes time to write a solid review when I receive excellent service. I know what you’re thinking right now and you’re right. You’re thinking that I can’t say enough about the honesty and great work I get from everyone on site at Guaranteed Auto! It’s nice having my car paid off and well-maintained by the gents there!

They’ve done every oil and filter change for me. The cabin filter as well! They’ve checked it all out to make sure it’s road ready to drive to Georgia and Alabama! This week my Hyundai had fluids flushed and scoring cleaned out better than the cardiologist wishes he could do for my heart! And speaking of heart, it’s evident that’s where the service comes from. Yesterday I was able to witness other customers having positive conversations over service done to their vehicles right in the waiting area. It’s reassuring to know that they’re feeling the same treatment and level of service as I am!

These guys were awesome, Ive only been here twice but both times they fixed up my car in a very timely fashion and without issue. For my first visit I had done an oil/filter change and they pumped up my tires for me, and for my second visit to fix a fuel line, they allowed me to come back to double check to ensure it was properly fixed, all without additional charge!

If you’re looking for a place to fix your car up or get an oil change, I’d definitely recommend this place!

They truly are a team of honest mechanics here. I drove a few hours to see them based off reviews and referrals from friends. They got my AC taken care of without any attempts to take advantage of their customer. A++

I am someone who owns a few old cars, so finding honest mechanics is important to me. Trust this place with confidence!!

What can I say, Ill start with friendly, reliable and trustworthy!!

Robert and his team are all of the above.

They squeezed me in to help me on a car that was never sold in the US.

Its a 1997 Peugeot 406 Coupe maybe 6 in the US.

You never know on a car like this. Robert / team checked the R-134a recharged the system and in a short time I was back on the road, with ice cold AC and team I can trust without worry

Oh Id like to call them friends.
